MUNPC’s 105h annual Celebration | FREE to attend

For 10 years, MUNPC has brought Utica together to celebrate Juneteenth — the day in 1865 when the last enslaved people in the United States learned they were free. What started as a community gathering has grown into one of Utica’s most anticipated summer events, drawing over 1,000 guests each year: two days of live music, cultural performances, local vendors, family activities, and food.

This year’s celebration will feature:

• Gospel Power Hour

• DJ Old School vs. New School

• Live Headliner

• Youth basketball tournament

• Family-friendly activities: Adult bouncy obstacle course

• 50+ vendors, local businesses, and non-profits

• Our “Making History” Exhibit highlighting Black histories in Utica
